Position Summary

The HR Generalist will support day-to-day human resources operations, including employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and HR policy support. The ideal candidate is collaborative, organized, and passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee HR questions and support
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Administer employee benefits and assist with annual enrollment
  • Support recruitment efforts, including job postings and interview coordination
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HRIS data accuracy
  • Assist with performance management processes and employee relations matters
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Support HR initiatives, trainings, and organizational projects as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Experience with benefits administration and employee relations
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
